Raspberry Baked Brie

Raspberry Baked Brie

My daughter, Lindsey, loves loves Baked Brie. When I make it for a party or gathering she gets so excited. I have to admit, baked brie always seems to be a party favorite. And there are so many possible variations, the recipe can always seem new and exciting.

Cut brie in half as shown above.

Toast your favorite nuts. I prefer almonds with this recipe. Line a toaster oven tray with parchment paper to save on clean up.

Spread your favorite jam on one-half of the brie and then sprinkle the toasted nuts on top.

Gently place the other half of the brie on top of the jam and add more jam and nuts as shown above. You are now ready to bake the brie. I use an oven-to-table baking dish for medium size bries or a brie baking dish when baking petite ones.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees…until deliciously oozy as shown above. Serve with crackers or toasted bread (gluten free or regular, depending on your diet).

  • Unwrap Brie and cut in half horizontally so that you have two rounds of Brie.
  • Coat one half with almost all of the jam (reserve a little jam for the top of the brie).
  • Top the jam with the toasted Almonds, reserve a few for the top of the brie.
  • Put the other half of the Brie on top of the jam and almonds.
  • Use remaining jam and almonds on top of the Brie.
  • Put Brie into the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, until hot and oozy.
  • Serve with gluten free crackers and/or toasted bread.

Notes

If the brie gets cold, reheat it in the oven.

  • We made the baked brie app for a dinner party at our neighbor’s house and everyone loved it. It was so easy to make yet it has such a great impact at the event. Thanks much for this simple and easy to make appetizer.

    • I’m so glad you liked it. It’s ridiculously easy to make (as you noted)! It was very difficult to photograph the baked brie and unfortunately the photo doesn’t do it justice. Glad you took a chance on it!
