Peach, Tomato, and Burrata Salad with Hot Honey Dressing

Organize the ingredients – peaches, tomatoes, burrata, olive oil, honey, Frank’s hot sauce and unseasoned rice vinegar.
Making the Hot Honey Dressing
Place oil, hot sauce, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Whisk until honey is dissolved. Then season with kosher salt.
Mixing Peaches and Tomatoes with the Dressing
Place peaches and tomatoes in a medium sized bowl. Pour half of the dressing over the peaches and tomatoes and combine. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Transfer fruit salad to a platter. Top with burrata and drizzle with remaining dressing. Scatter fresh herbs on top and season with more kosher salt if needed.
Peach, Tomato, and Burrata Salad with Hot Honey Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce Frank’s or Crystal
- 2 teaspoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Kosher Salt
- 2-3 ripe peaches or nectarines any variety, cut into wedges (skin on or off)
- 2 large ripe tomatoes any variety, any color, sliced into wedges (throw in some cherry tomatoes too!)
- 1 ball of Burrata (8 ounce) torn into large pieces
- Fresh basil or tarragon
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Whisk oil, hot sauce, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl until honey is dissolved. Then season with kosher salt.
- Toss peaches and tomatoes with half of the dressing in a medium bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Transfer fruit salad to a platter. Top with burrata and drizzle with remaining dressing. Scatter fresh herbs on top and season with more kosher salt if needed.
