Whatever your preference is, DIY Flavored Cream Cheese is SUPER QUICK and EASY to make…less than 15 minutes! So forget about buying flavored cream cheese and make your own!

Organize the ingredients – Philadelphia cream cheese blocks, scallions, red pepper, carrot, and onion.
Making Scallion Cream Cheese
Let cream cheese come to room temp. Slice scallions into rounds. Place cream cheese and chopped scallions into a mixing bowl and combine either by hand or in a mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix until combined. If using the mixer it will take less than 15 seconds.
Making Vegetable Cream Cheese
Let cream cheese come to room temp. Dice red pepper, red onion, carrots. Slice scallions into rounds. Place cream cheese and vegetables into a mixing bowl and combine either by hand or in a mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix until combined. If using the mixer it will take less than 15 seconds.
DIY Flavored Cream Cheeses
Transfer flavored cream into a medium-sized bowl. Serve with gluten free crackers, bagels, or toast. If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.

Ingredients
Scallion Cream Cheese
- 1 package cream cheese your favorite brand
- 1/3 cup scallions thinly sliced into rounds
Vegetable Cream Cheese
- 1 package cream cheese your favorite brand
- 1 tablespoon carrots slivered or diced
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper any color, diced
- 1 tablespoon scallions thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 tablespoon onion red or white, diced
Instructions
- Let cream cheese come to room temp if possible to make it easier to combine with the vegetables. Place cream cheese and chopped ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine either by hand or in a mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix until combined. If using the mixer it will take less than 15 seconds.
- Transfer into a medium-sized bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
- Smear onto crackers, toast, and/or your favorite bagels!
