Lettuce Wrap Lobster Rolls

Lobster Rolls taste like summer…long lazy days, salty ocean air, and meals that can be both indulgent and effortless. For Lettuce Wrap Lobster Rolls, I’ve skipped the bun in favor of crisp lettuce cups for a fresh, gluten free twist. Partly because it keeps things light and refreshing…and partly because finding a truly good gluten free bun has been like searching for buried treasure.
