Ingredients

Organize the ingredients – shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded mild cheddar cheese, Franks Original Red Hot Sauce, and blue cheese dressing.

Preparing and Cooking the Dip

Mix all ingredients together in a large oven-proof bowl. Place dip in 350 degree oven uncovered for 20 minutes, until heated through.

Simple Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip with sliced peppers, celery, and carrots

Transfer dip to a medium-sized serving bowl and serve with sliced vegetables (celery, carrots and pepper) and/or gf crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing I used Marie's which in the refrigerated section and is gf
  • 3 ounces Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.) softened at room temp
  • 1 pound shredded chicken (approx. 2 large handfuls) from leftover rotisserie or roast chicken
  • 1-1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large oven-proof bowl. Place dip in oven uncovered for 20 minutes, until heated through. Transfer to a medium-sized serving bowl and serve with sliced vegetables (celery, carrots and pepper) and/or gf crackers.

Notes

Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip can also be made in a crock pot.
If you don’t have leftover chicken, boil or bake 1-2 chicken breasts and then shred.
Double the recipe if serving a large group.
