1cupblue cheese dressingI used Marie's which in the refrigerated section and is gf
3ouncesFrank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
1package cream cheese (8 oz.)softened at room temp
1poundshredded chicken (approx. 2 large handfuls)from leftover rotisserie or roast chicken
1-1 1/2cupsmild cheddar cheeseshredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large oven-proof bowl. Place dip in oven uncovered for 20 minutes, until heated through. Transfer to a medium-sized serving bowl and serve with sliced vegetables (celery, carrots and pepper) and/or gf crackers.
Notes
Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip can also be made in a crock pot.If you don’t have leftover chicken, boil or bake 1-2 chicken breasts and then shred.Double the recipe if serving a large group.
