Maple Mustard Dressing

Maple Mustard Dressing

Maple Mustard Dressing is a full-bodied dressing that is especially delicious when served with fresh fruit in your salad. My sister makes the dressing for our family gatherings and drizzles it over mixed field greens with fresh, sliced pears or mangos, and Trader Joe’s candied pecans or pecan pralines. The dressing (and the salad) are a family favorite! PS. This dressing is one of Julie’s most requested recipes!

Dressing Ingredients

Organize the ingredients – olive oil, pure maple syrup, lemon juice, dijon mustard – and then mix them all together in a bowl.

Salad Suggestions

This dressing is great with mixed field greens and/or arugula. Mix in some Trader Joe’s candied pecans or pecan pralines. Add thinly sliced fresh pear (with or without skin), mango, or apple. Crumbled goat or blue cheese along with shredded or diced chicken would also be delicious if you want to add a protein to the salad.
