Prepare and organize the ingredients for your Deluxe Avocado Toast (Gluten Free) toasted bread, slices of smoked salmon, avocado, fried eggs, mixed greens, and alfalfa sprouts.

Assembling the Deluxe Avocado Toast

Place lettuce on the toasted gluten free bread. Then add the avocado slices, smoked salmon, fried egg(s), and alfalfa sprouts.

This is a very loose recipe. Use the ingredients above as suggestions only. For instance if you prefer scrambled or hard boiled eggs instead of fried eggs, go with your preference. Or if you’re not an egg fan, omit the eggs completely. Personally I think a runny yolk makes all foods better but you may disagree!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece gluten free bread toasted
  • handful of lettuce mixed field greens or arugula
  • 1/2 ripe avocado sliced or mashed, seasoned with kosher salt and pepper
  • 1-2 fried eggs seasoned with kosher salt and pepper
  • 1-3 slices smoked salmon, lox or gravlax
  • small handful of alfalfa sprouts
  • extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Notes
