Ah…the memories. Going to Jimmy’s Milan in Center City Philadelphia and ordering the Milan Salad and the Ziti with Asparagus (back in the day when I was still eating gluten!). Those were the days. My sister and I used to go there all the time. Well, this recipe pays homage to that beloved salad.
