Add salt, pepper, onion, cilantro, lemon, Worcestershire and Pickapeppa sauces.
Mix until just incorporated.
Serve in a bowl or use the avocado skins to make individual guacamole bowls.
Garnish with tomatoes.
Notes
Always buy an extra avocado or two when making guacamole. Often times I cut open an avocado to find it's completely rotten. If there are a few brown spots on the avocados, no problem, just cut them out before mashing.Don't make the guacamole too far in advance because the air turns the avocados brown. If this happens, take a spoon and scrape off the browned layer and you should be good to go.Any of the seasoning ingredients can be adjusted (or omitted) based on personal taste.Avocados need a decent amount of salt to bring out their flavor.
