- 12 ounce package fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1⅓ cups sugar
- 4½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2½ tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
Combine cranberries and sugar in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, uncovered until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking until cranberries begin to pop, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove cranberries from the heat and allow to cool.
Once cranberries have cooled completely, stir in both mustards.
Transfer relish to a medium-sized serving bowl and enjoy!
Do Ahead: Relish can be made 1 week ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
The amount of sugar can be modified to one cup if you prefer a less sweet relish.
This cranberry relish is delicious on salmon and chicken as well as roast turkey.
