So gourmet, so easy, and so vintage! You just can’t go wrong with this one. Caviar Pie was a go-to classic for my parents generation. It was served at their fancy dinner parties and Holiday meals. Retro Caviar Pie pays homage to the good ‘ole simpler days.  Pair it with a nice bottle of chilled Champagne.  I’ll toast to that!
