Homemade French Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Refrigerate any extra dressing.
  • Remix before using again.

Notes

This recipe makes approx. 2 1/2 cups of dressing that can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for approx. weeks.
