Gluten Free Asian Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce I use San-J
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil vegetable, canola, etc. can also be used (See NOTE below)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a jar and shake well until sugar is dissolved.
  • Keep dressing in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Bring to room temp and shake well before using.

Notes

While olive oil is not Asian it works very well in this dressing recipe.
