Ingredients
1/2
Avocado
sliced
1
persian or kirby cucumber
sliced
Squeeze of Lemon
Kosher Salt and Pepper
to taste
Olive Oil
extra virgin
Instructions
Cut avocado in half, remove the skin and then slice (or dice).
Cut off cucumber ends and then slice. If using Kirby cucs, peel the cucumber before slicing.
Arrange avocado and cucumber on a plate.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve immediately to prevent avocado from turning brown on the edges.
Notes
Add chopped fresh herbs as a flavor booster..mint, basil, and/or cilantro.
