Avocado and Cucumber Plate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado sliced
  • 1 persian or kirby cucumber sliced
  • Squeeze of Lemon
  • Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil extra virgin

Instructions

  • Cut avocado in half, remove the skin and then slice (or dice).
  • Cut off cucumber ends and then slice. If using Kirby cucs, peel the cucumber before slicing.
  • Arrange avocado and cucumber on a plate.
  • Season with salt, pepper and lemon. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Serve immediately to prevent avocado from turning brown on the edges.

Notes

Add chopped fresh herbs as a flavor booster..mint, basil, and/or cilantro.
